Here's the skinny on the club...
-
The Crush N' Run Club (CNRC) is FREE to join and spans five weeks leading up to the Crush N' Run 5K—all we ask for is your enthusiasm and participation.
-
The CNRC will start at Waterman's every Thursday evening, beginning March 5, 2020. Participants will meet on the boardwalk at 5th Street right in front of Waterman's, and will run a predetermined course that will be posted on the Crush N' Run Club Facebook page each week. Check out the schedule below!
-
Runners of all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Whether you run 5 miles in your sleep or have never run a single mile, we encourage you to come out and join the fun.
-
#CrushedIt Challenge! If you participate in CNRC 4 out of the 5 weeks & you are registered for CNR, you will receive a CNRC long sleeve dry-fit performance shirt! Not only will the orange crushes keep you warm, but now so will your new long sleeve shirt! (sizes will be collected at the run club when you sign in with a Coach)

TONY PRESTA
Tony started his running journey based on a bet that he couldn't run a full marathon back in 2017. He started training and then fell in love with the act of running and the people he met doing it. Tony runs with NERC every Tuesday
and from that,
The Backsweat Boys started and now they
hold pop-up runs most weekends.
"Set a goal and
chase it!" - Tony
GLENN EDWARDS
Glenn started his running journey in 2014 at age 53. He joined NERC in 2016, which led him to begin a run club called FOMO. It was through this family of runners & friends that he trained & finished his first half marathon along with setting PR’s and picking up a couple age group awards. Glenn was selected as a Running ETC Ambassador for 2019. He believes you need to show up, find a buddy and get running, then you will Crush your goals! We are happy to have him back as a coach in 2020!
KIM MOORE
Kim has been a competitive marathon runner for 22 years - including 38 marathons, 5 ultras & 2020 will be her 12th Boston Marathon. She is the Lead Coach for New Energy Power Striders Youth Program, a board member
of Tidewater Striders, and a Running ETC
